Wayne County currently utilizes ESRI products to manage and maintain its core geospatial services and products. Wayne County was the first small government in the nation to sign up for the Small Government Enterprise License Agreement (SGELA), and because of that, is able to leverage the ESRI product line without having to have a large government budget. |

The organization is designed to give Counties in PA a unified voice. The County GIS Pros also offers many no cost or low cost trainings to its members. |

| North East Regional Counter Terrorism Task Force - |
The NE RCTTF GIS Sub-Committee has been established by the RCTTF board to provide the fastest and most accurate exchange of data during an emergency situations, regardless of County lines. The GIS Sub-Committee is the latest of Task Forces to sign of with the Federated GIS Project, working with ESRI and the PA GIS Consortium. |

The PA GIS Consortium has teamed up with many counties, including Wayne, to accomplish a means of data exchange that would not impact a county’s workflow but allow for the fastest and most up-to-date data transfer, known as the Federated GIS Project. |

PA MAGIC hosts the annual PA GIS Conference, held each spring. Along with that, PA MAGIC has taken the lead on such issues and FEMA Map Modernization and Data Sharing Standards. |
